LIL' SMOKIES

Ingredients:

1 pack of Lil' Smokies sausages
2 tubes of croissant dough
Barbecue Sauce
1 lb. of bacon

Directions:

Spread out rolled croissant dough and cut into sections (triangle shape). Brush on barbecue sauce. Wrap each piece of sausage in bacon and then wrap the sausage/bacon in the dough. Place on cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees until golden brown.



TANGY MEATBALLS

Ingredients:

1 - package of cooked meatballs
1 - 28 oz can of pineapple chunks
1 - 18 oz bottle of barbecue sauce

Directions:

Put meatballs into crock pot. Drain pineapple juice into a bowl. Squeeze barbecue sauce into the pineapple juice and thoroughly mix. Pour mixture into meatballs and stir. Put pineapple chunks into meatball mixture and stir. Cook until done.  About 1 1/2 hours.


Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup shredded Parmesan-Romano cheese blend
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 (10 oz) jar prepared Alfredo sauce
1 tsp. minced garlic
4 oz. softened cream cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients thoroughly, in a bowl and spread mixture into a small baking dish.
3. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
